Loading Screen

Didn’t have much time – even this post is late – so ended up implementing a quick idea I had.

• Added loading screen while app is setting up.
• Show plain error message if app setup fails.

Right now it doesn’t wait for fonts and images since they’re outside the app’s control (except the map tiles, that’s for another time).

The error message is just plain text. I’ll probably make it prettier later.
